Write old schema Mapbox vector tiles with extra features (backwards compatible)
Parameters
- tile: BaseVectorTile | VectorTile
  the tile to serialize. Either a BaseVectorTile or a MapboxVectorTile
- mapboxSupport: boolean = false
  support old school mapbox tooling
Returns Uint8Array
- a Uint8Array of the tile
