Convert MGRS to lat/lon bounding box.
Parameters
- mgrs: string
  MGRS string.
Returns undefined | BBox
An array with left (longitude), bottom (latitude), right (longitude) and top (latitude) values in WGS84, representing the bounding box for the provided MGRS reference.
