Parameters
- ll: VectorPoint
  the longitude and latitude
- zoom: number
  the zoom level
- antiMeridian: boolean = false
  true if you want to use the antimeridian
- tileSize: number = 512
  in pixels
Returns VectorPoint
- the mercator pixel
