compareDatums(source: ProjectionTransform, dest: ProjectionTransform): boolean
Compares datums to see if they have equal datums
Parameters
- source: ProjectionTransform
  source projection starting from
- dest: ProjectionTransform
  destination projection to end at
Returns boolean
true if projection datums are equal
